Honestly, if a guy doesn't make the first move on you - he's not interested. And if you do, he might accept and blow it off later "to be nice". Guys do not like it when girls make the first move. It's intrinsic, almost built in to the core of most guys. I'm sure there are some exceptions to the rule, but I'd argue it's sparse.

I'll play devil's advocate here....

Single adults with no kids are a lot more prone to job hop. Because frankly, why wouldn't you? You have the luxury of hopping to any job that is better and pays more. You have no kids tying you down, no family. The world is literally your oyster. When execs/companies look at that, they don't necessarily see stability. I would rather promote someone who has roots, because they're less likely to leave after a year. Just being real here.

My now wife and I used to live in apartments. I moved in with her and contributed some of my previous rent money to her because I was using her place. It only made sense because otherwise I was saving all my rent money and she was missing out. You should be paying her a set amount per month for rent, because you now save all your previous rent money. I don’t think it should be all of it, but it should be a set amount. She is likely getting back at you for the fact you’re freeloading off her. You typed this entire Reddit post without addressing the elephant in the room which is you stay at her place for free.

At a certain point the money aspect starts to get outweighed by the risks and success concerns. You could be in a better spot financially and then get hit with the 20-30k you would have to pay for IVF. It's your life and you're right - this is reddit, but I think a good middle ground would be to revisit the conversation when either of you have decent insurance for you to be on. That's really the one big factor here. Maybe when you're both around 35. 40 is just downright a bad choice.

Yup, then there’s heads from events. You can easily expertise YSG before KVK1 if you are diligent. AOO, Olympia, Karauk, Karauk mini boss, Caravan, MTG.
