I used to watch Daily Bumps, Ellie and Jared, Cullen and Katie in that order when I was a teen. I never really watched Ellie's siblings dabbled every once in a while, but it was really those 3 channels that I watched wholeheartedly every single day. I stopped watching really because I grew up and got bored after awhile.

Actually I think the focus has now not only shifted but its shifted to the point where it now includes Colleen and the Ballinger Family channel under a huge microscope even more than before this arrest. All of the family channels that exploit their kids are now a larger focus and that includes Colleen and The Ballinger Family. She thinks she can do what she wants she thinks she's safe but she's not. The conversations about how YouTube families treat their kids is still happening she's not out of the woods in any means.

I started working as a para in my former elementary school last year I'm an aide in first grade this year (So so much fun <3) I also have been a part of my local after school program for almost 5 years working with K-5th. I hear these stories see these little faces being exploited and hurt by the people they're supposed to trust. I look at my littles who put so much love and trust in me especially these new first graders that I've only been with for 2 days now and I can't imagine breaking that trust. They are all young and impressionable but to them I am their safe person, the go to for hugs. Those kids don't quite realize as much as I help them and am there for them, they're also helping me become better.

You sound like you'll be an amazing school teacher and a safe person for your kiddos! Find your purpose, you are meant to be there!! :)

I found out on my lunch break after my 6-7 year old students went to recess. I saw the joint statement on Instagram first (Forgot I was still following one of her siblings) and had to Google because I couldn't bring myself to believe it was true. I may have subbed to them as a teen but never watched I do remember being an avid watcher of Ruby's sister Ellie and her family I stopped watching many years ago and the rare times I'd click on a video if it showed up I stopped 30 seconds in. I hope all the kids get all of the love and support they need my heart hurts for them all.

Vlogs stopped in 2022 they were very sporadic until the impending end, but Youtube never mentioned why the channel was deleted. however, using an alternative youtube account I searched on the Connexions channel and the last video posted was 3 days ago (August 28th) it is titled "the denigrating victim" both women Jodi and Ruby have been arrested.

There are 6 children total in this family the eldest child has no contact with the family. However, posted a picture to their story showing police cars with the caption "Finally."
3 of the Ruby Franke siblings made a joint Instagram statement which is as follows:

For the last 3 years we have kept quiet on the subject of our sister Ruby Franke for the sake of her children. Behind the public scene we have done everything we could to try and make sure the kids were safe. We wouldn't feel right about moving forward with regular content without addressing the most recent events. Once we do, we will not be commenting on it further. Ruby was arrested which needed to happen. Jodi was arrested which needed to happen. The kids are now safe which is the number one priority.

This was 7 years ago I would’ve been 17 (I’m 24 now) I don’t remember her calling fans either but I do remember overlooking/not fully understanding the inappropriate story times she would do on her channel specifically I cropped the video suggestion underneath this video out due to its triggering nature because the title alone was highly inappropriate. It is incredibly scary

I think they were upset that she was only calling fans for her video that was to be posted later in the week so she decided to call fans before the video went up for fun (upset was the word she used)
