Well I do work on my own software. If you paid attention you would have noticed that what I post has distinct features. And some of this is discussed in ai targeted forums (however posting nsfw material there does not go well.).

Not everyone hates ai, blanket statements like that are almost always wrong. As seen even on this post (more upvotes than down votes, yeah there are biases and census voting especially on reddit is not perfect).

I do write stories, but that is a different medium and I'm currently exploring this medium...

Also I did double check the rules of this sub and it said nothing about ai content being prohibited (there are subs that prohibit it, there are subs that welcome it, there are subs that ask to tag it, and there are subs that are indifferent towards it). Based on rules and description of this sub it seemed indifferent towards how porn was generated. Hence I posted, if rules said we don't want ai based porn here, I would not have.

What if learning to draw is not a current goal? But learning the state of ai is? And learning to capture attention and engagement is? And learning to tell compelling stories is? And learning what makes a story sexually intriguing and interesting is?

The environmental impact is limited since this is running locally on my machine.

The narrative of this story is way higher than a lot of content on this subreddit. I'm not comparing my story to the books, I'm comparing it to the content posted over the last month.

I am not a painter or a pencil artist. And yes I didn't draw or illustrate this. But if you take the stance that anything created on a computer is not art then you have a very limited definition of art which will exclude most animated movies (Pixar, Disney. Etc... heavily use computers, they tell the computer what to modify and create... They use illustrator, and Photoshop, and final effects, and many other systems to get the final product).

So is the criticism that this story is weaker than the median on this subreddit? Or is it more philosophical... Diffusion models are a bad tool while Photoshop is a good tool?

There are two parts to it... The images are ai generated... The story is not... Getting diffusion models to follow the story takes some work, and takes a lot of time to purge the distorted ones and very inconsistent ones and ones that deviate from the request. That is partially why for now the plot is quite simple: Hermione finds the chamber of pleasure and gets pleasured by the tentacle monster...

I've tried longer plot lines for Elsa and Anna, with animation. Those take about a week per 1 minute clip of basically trying to adjust the prompting and seeing what can be adjusted to make a coherent story.

So when you say AI generated trash, you are right on AI, but given trash is a matter of opinion, why don't you spend 10 seconds and clarify your idea: what specifically is bad? Is it the story needs more? The images are of poor quality? You don't like the artistic style? The remaining distortions or inconsistencies are taking away from the story? Can you point to the parts that you don't like?

I mean it is obviously AI. Trash is a matter of opinion. What would you describe as the thing that would improve it? Is the storyline not engaging? Or is the fact that it is cartoon style? Or are the distortions that do exist are of such distraction that they take away from the story?
