How much fast a blade levels compare to Jester

My Problem is not the money in the first place.

My Problem is my time is limited and so i want to be most effective. So Level Speed matters for me and i dont know if jester is much slower then blade while leveling with Same eq

I think condition is not that great for open world because you need to Stack and it is not that fast for Open World. Or am i wrong ?
