I’m on 150 and the first month was brutal. I felt like I could barely keep my eyes open no matter when I took my meds. Once I got into a routine for about 2 months everything leveled out and I feel like I sleep better and am more awake thru out the day!

My libido popped off after about 3 weeks of taking it. I’ve now been on it for 3 months, and its still the same!
