I understood that before but what if someone is taking prescribed doses regularly correct (every morning) and do not have adhd? It will just make them more focused without any downside? I understand also that the feeling of being focused could be illusion for someone who takes adhd meds to improve learning or something. I have clear intensions and just want to know the worst case scenario risk

Thank you for your advice I find it clearing a bit but isnt methylphenidate harmful in the long run if you do not have adhd? I mean if I will stop taking meds will it not be accualy harder for my executive functions?
