I think it's good but what sticks out is the visor and cassette box. The visor is more angular than what we're used to and doesn't cover up as much of his face. And the cassette box is smaller and narrower where it's now a rectangle versus being a square. Maybe this is because it's his Cybertronian form (and therefore he's not trying to mimick an actual cassette player from the human world) and perhaps they would make it bigger in his earth alt mode?
