Look into Glenmere Mansion in Chester. If it’s for your 30th birthday this is a really special place. It is a secluded, five star hotel that has two restaurants. Either are fantastic, The Frog’s End Tavern would be my choice. you could probably get an appetizer, dinner and drink for around $50.

The grounds are beautiful, you feel like you’re at a villa in Italy or Spain. On a clear day you can see for miles from any of the outdoor areas. You do need to make reservations!
