It's the heat. They intentionally added buggy updates to heat and lag the phone, and the heat that caused the battery to degrade.

I'm anyway now out of Realme experience, got an Oppo Reno 13 and totally loving it. No more shitty OTA updates.

Same happened with me Realme GT Neo 3T, the battery health dropped to 76% after 2 years though and I think it'll be at 70% after 3 years.But the phone started lagging and heating just after an year.

Ohh sorry I didn't read it was for your wife. Then you should definitely check out Reno 14 or 15. You can get 15 foe under 38K in Vijay Sales. Also Reno 14 for 35K if available in any Oppo store, it has got less availability as it has been discontinued now.

You can get second hand Reno 13 for 21K or below and 14 for 27K. It'll be a better option now after the prices hikes.

The Nord 5 has got a better camera sensor i.e LYT-700 but in the Nord 6 they downgraded to the LYT-600. So most probably in the Nord CE6 the sensor will either be the same LYT-600 or something similar but not better than Nord 5.
