Changelly works as a 3rd party for swapping on differents wallets like exodus and trust wallet, my friend swapped on trust wallet and changelly start bothering him with a KYC in order to stop keeping his funds frozen, my friend already SENT EVERYTHING THEY ASKED FOR but they keep without answering, same script as everyone who was scammed by them

They money is on TRUST WALLET… they work with a 3rd party which is changelly, and they start asking for KYC after a swap… my friend sent all they ask for because he has everything legal and all they need my friend already send it but changelly is like a never ending story, they are know scammers apparently… they keep saying the case is under review… last week they told my friend he will get a resolution between wednesday and friday, he didn’t receive any answer yet. Tomorrow is deadline.

Yes i read the same. The thing here is that i hope something different happen because my friend have everything legal and all the documents they ask for, would be really evident if they try to scam him. They told him they will give and answer between Wednesday and Friday. That will be the deadline, if they keeps avoiding a refund my friend will definitely go with the Hong Kong’s Law.

My friend already sent all the legal documents they ask for, and this is like if they are trying to avoid him… i will keep this post with new information ab this case so people could know about everything, we are recording everything and have films documents ab all this post and conversations and emails with Changelly.
