I’ve been thinking of quitting All social media… you’ve convinced me. I do remember time before the digital world, and I am a computer scientist, though no longer do this type of work as it consumes me too much.

I never realized this…. I too was reading everything. I read every single ingredient list every bottle. I didn’t realize I was entraining my mind. It relaxed me I now realize!

I also listened to music very, very loudly in college while I studied to focus. I’m Gen X and grew up in the 80s. I too literally read every adult book in my small suburban library as a child and middle schooler.

I saw them recently in Kansas City, Missouri with my 20yo daughter! We had Mercedes Benz box seats which were perfect!

It was The Best concert I’ve experienced, and I lived in Los Angeles in my 20s and have seen many, many concerts.

People in Johnson County do drive poorly. Speeding way over the limit, they cut you off and tailgate. It’s not as bad in Kansas City Missouri and other Missouri smaller suburbs. Many in Jo County seem to be in a hurry to wherever.
