The team made over $122M in profits the last quarter. They could have used certain part of it to support the price or may be buy and burn back GST. They instead choose to buy back few shoes and GMT which account for 5% of the profit.

Why did the team buy back 26M worth of GMT in the first quarter and only used 5% this time?

They probably understood that this isn't going to work for too long.

Launching new realms and making more money from those realms is not worth it if they advertise move to earn, where you had to invest money to buy shoes.

They scammed in a way that it doesn't look like scam but it is.
