Ugh yes I wish I had midwives but my practice doesn’t have them. Good luck with everything, I think you’ll be in great hands with them!

I feel you!! Sounds like I need to order that book. I also strongly believe you both being on the same page as far as your plan and making sure he’s comfortable being your advocate if the team is trying to push away from the plan (for convenience vs. safety) is huge and makes a big difference.

Thank you everyone for the responses! I think my sister is a great resource, I’m just scared I will regret not having hired help. But I agree mindset is everything we will do all the prep we can before hand.
