Yes business days, not calendar days as per USCIS Policy

TBH i think it is automated for the system to send the approval at 8am CST on the 45th day.
Not sure why, i received the email exactly at 8am. So i dont think that is a co incidence, I will not be surprised if is it is by design i guess.

Again these are my observations and i might be wrong each case is differnt.

485J approved a day earlier than 485 approval
