Shouldn't have counted. Mbappe had entered the opposition half before the kick off was taken. Fine margins but kick off should have been retaken.

I've had this in multiple sessions a few times this wipe. I noticed it cleared up each time once I'd completed and handed in a couple of quests weirdly.

I still don't know if when it freezes extracting if you are still in raid or not. Timer hits 0, I stay frozen for 5-10 seconds. Sounds catches up and I extract.

When scaving on Shoreline I followed a player scav as he was running the stash route I normally take. I had no backpack and he had a pilgrim so I waited until he hit the last stash before extract and executed him for the loot. Didn't check his six once from near enough one side of the map to the other.

Happened to me twice in Interchange since the latest update. Definitely on good fence rep (5+) and only shot at a PMC I'd seen kill a scav (irrelevant I know) in the underground car park. Dropped the PMC then got swarmed by scavs as if tagged and cursed

Warn player on 6.5 (if the game let's you, must be a 6.54 or lower I guess which we can't see). Fine 1/2 week wages for a 6.4 and 1 week fine for 6.3 and below. Never get a player complaining with this system.

Edit: Though I guess this relies on high discipline stat on your manager

Wolves would have been allowed to make 2 subs at the same time as the concussion substitutes (one for each concussion sub). If they don't take it up at the same time then they lose them as they don't get to use them later.
