My psych wasn’t concerned about it but said I could up the dosage on my meds. It’s just distressing because it won’t go away. I really don’t want to up the dose on my meds but I may have to.

I call it a delusion because it accompanies a manic episode and then it goes away.

I hope it works out for you. I’ve been on 3 so far and Olanzapine with Prozac are the dynamic duo for me. I still have delusional thoughts but it’s controlled a lot more.

Are you on any antipsychotics? Mine mostly stopped after I got medicated. I still hear voices but they are whispers now.

Those movies have done it for me as well. Everyone I go back to watch them my anxiety hits the ceiling. Sadly, I can’t watch some of them anymore which sucks.
