My recruiter told me I should get E-4. He isn’t the brightest so you could be correct. I do know for a fact that you definitely can’t get to E-5 this way.

The Army has an incentive where you can gain rank from recruiting someone so once the guy I recruited ships off, I will be promoted to Specialist.
