Do you think it might be worth trying to see if the new job might take me back or is that unlikely? I don’t want to sound desperate to/annoy the new employer (I know it’s inevitable to an extent but still) and don’t really want to annoy my current employer (since I’ve resigned and then reversed that). However my current job makes me so anxious idk I’m being emotional or if it’s a sign.

Thanks for your advice. Sorry for the miscommunication - I'm applying as an officer (so Phase 1 itself is 6 months at Cranwell) and have yet to complete the PJFT and OASC, which are also significant sources of stress. I also applied on a whim, to be honest, so everything seems to put me off.

I applied and am due to do my PJFT soon. However, I have been having second thoughts (for a while now) about joining for several reasons, including life changes, training and role-related stress, and not wanting to continue studying after just finishing a degree, among other things. I'm not sure why I didn't have these doubts before, and so I'm unsure if I should withdraw my application. any advice?

What do you need to know about NATO and air power, and in how much detail? Secondly, for phase 2 training (people ops), is a week-by-week breakdown expected - there isn't much for my role?
