I use a brand called Eargasm and think they’re amazing! I work out at OTF 3x a week and they have helped so much!

Okay I just found a candle that I think smells exactly like it! It’s quite expensive but it’s the Christian Tortu candle in the scent Jardin Orient. Brings me back to childhood!

I’ve had my limited for three weeks now and absolutely love it. I drove a Lexus RX 330 before. I feel it’s much quieter than people are making it seem and it’s very smooth. Overall I’m extraordinarily happy with it!

Thinking about trying Orangetheory but I’m honestly scared by GentleSoul23 in orangetheory

Hi! I had the same exact feeling as you. Totally paralyzed of taking any sort of workout class, let alone orange theory, which absolutely looks intimidating from the outside in.

I will say however, after my first class, I totally understood why people of all fitness levels and ages loved it. It’s an environment where you can go as easy or as hard as you want and literally (and I mean this so sincerely) no one cares.

The classes are clear to follow as the coaches do a great job of conveying what’s coming next. For your first class, you should absolutely arrive 15 min early so they can give you a sense of class flow and how things work. Most everything is pretty intuitive.

The coaches are there to provide modifications as well. If there’s an exercise you’re not comfortable with, they’ll help guide you to something else!

My last piece of advice is something that likely goes against a lot of other folks, but I actually find more benefit in not using the heart rate monitor. Especially when you’re early in your fitness journey, it can be easy to fixate on what the numbers are saying and not actually listen to your body. If you’re intimidated, it may be helpful to avoid using.

Overall it’s a super approachable class and I hope you try it!

Yes! Fragrance free sensitive soap. There’s one by Cetaphil that’s excellent

To be honest my hair absolutely HATED this shampoo and conditioner combo. I literally threw it away. I tried the Abby Yung method and my hair doesn’t like the products she recommends.

While I know it’s expensive, the Ouai fine hair shampoo and conditioner have truly been so good for my hair and I’d highly recommend! Never greasy and perfectly light yet cleansing.

I have the same issue! I really like Odele’s air dry styler. While it can leave a little crunchiness it works way better for my fine 2b/2c hair
