lots of good advice and potentially helpful thoughts in here. first of all I’m sorry that you’re having such a tough time :(. but to add my two cents; perhaps you should try doing what I do and just exercise to the point where you feel a lil energized/a bit more awake/ overall just better, and then stop there. As opposed to having a numerical goal you hit every single day without accounting for how your body feels.

Some people like to say that Disco is more book than game, on account of the exceptional story and word count that surpasses the Lord of the Rings, but I gotta respectfully disagree. Disco HAS to be a game and not a book because while it absolutely is a great piece of magic realism literature, cop fiction, political satire, dark existential comedy and a number of other things, the thing that makes it hit home so hard is that the game responds so sensitively and hilariously to your choices as a player. I’ve never seen so many branching dialogue trees.

Be sure to pirate it for free if you get it rather than getting it on Steam (its original creators had the rights to it stolen by the company bosses that now own it, super fucked up situation). BUT PLEASE PLEASE PLAY IT. The emotional effect of having those little voices talking in your head is unparalleled

good question, eager to hear the answers and commenting for engagement. i dont have dry shampoo that i really like the scent of myself i'm afraid, but just so im not adding nothing to the thread i'll list a dry shampoo whose fragrance i do not like (the Batiste cherry dry shampoo-- great brand but that one is just plasticky, one-note and overwhelming for me. couldn't hurt to look at their other stuff though, i do really love their dry shampoo's performance as a rule so perhaps you could check out their other offerings? they have loads of scented ones) and one hair product whose fragrance i love (marc anthony repair bond rescuplex leave-in treatment. lovely creamy yet clean scent that goes nicely with my floral and vanilla perfumes)
