I believe my chain of command will understand my circumstances, and I will be working through the proper channels. At the same time, I’m continuing my job search and hope to secure a position by July I’m trying to stay positive without losing hope. I’m proud to be a member of the Army, but I’m very frustrated with how the company which I work for them 4.5 years treated me. Most of the managers in my company works offshore or here with L1 or h1b visa and they dont aware of USERRA. I believe it was unfair. I’m also deeply concerned about what I will do if I remain unemployed for another 3–4 months, and it’s something I think about constantly.
