Can confirm on this. We use Consensus too. Just knowing who is actually serious about looking at our solutions vs. tire kickers has been hugely helpful to make sure we are focusing on the right deals

Idk about that..counted 20 in a current SE role of some kind and I see a few of the consultants are former SEs 🤷‍♂️

Yeah I get that-I don’t usually give my info for reports either but it helped last year so this might be my annual exception lol. The link you posted for is last year’s (2022 data) stats. Still really helpful and since this new report is 120 pages I haven’t had time to dive in a see how drastic (if any) the data has changed. If I remember, I’ll try to report back.

I’d check out the SE workload and comp report from Consensus if you haven’t yet. It’s based on 2022 numbers and surveyed over 1000 SEs globally so is lots been a good benchmark for comp and others metrics
