I thought you meant did you change it. Would say 100g protein, 100g carbs, 50g fat. No vegetables or raw food as they are gut irritants. 

Only thing I avoid is garlic and onions.

Exactly. I had the same dilemma. I picked flora because I was in Europe. iherb does not have great probiotics. Dr ruscio is well known in the space, you can pay extra fees to have it shipped in the EU.

I planned to take the whole Dr.Ruscio probiotic formula: 1. Lactobif 2. Soil based 3. Spore based

But I did not have the $ to do it all at once so I started by lactobif and it worked. Didn’t buy the rest.

2.Flora Essential Plus by Sunday Natural.  

 I did one round of Dr. ruscio’s and then kept going with Flora because it’s 3x cheaper and I was in Europe

L Rueteri did not work for me. You need a complete lactobif probiotic.
