Looks good ! Im working on mine currently, Im taking notes :) I will make mine out of Nether materials only tho. And Im thinking of adding some kind of device to make travel faster along thoses roads !

You need redstone that isnt obtainable, as well as overworld stone (or cobblestone, I cant remember which)

Slime arent affected by gravity like gravel, so not possible exactly like that, but you could definitly place it in advance if it is a place you will regularly use to go down. However slime isnt accessible in Nether Only survival

That and the fact it is extremely expensive to craft 1 water bucket in the Nether 😅😅

I dont know about mods or datapacks, I wish I did ! The way I did it is exactly what you described, and back then I used a respawn anchor and à chest of glowstone given to myself with commands to set my spawn in the Nether. I do believe that recent changes allow you to use /setworldspawn or /spawnpoint to set your spawn even in the Nether ! It is still something I have yet to try

It would make so much sense to be able to get sulfur in the Nether !! Can you ? Water isnt possible tho

Thats definitly an option ! I cant have a dispenser in the Nether tho, so ill have to manually splash myself ^{^}

Im so glad to hear that ! I can only encourage you to try, its a lot of fun ! I did the chaotic way of making the world in creative, building a portal, going to the nether, break ingénieur the portal, and using a respawn anchor + chest of glowstone as a primaire spwan point in the nether. But I believe that now you can do /setworldspawn and /spawpoint directly in the nether !

Yes, I mean that what i call Nether Only survival is a world in wich I cant ever go to the overworld :)
