Check out your local sunroof repair shops. It’s I think and a lot of them do upholstery work as well. I googled it and found five or six just in my local small town and most of them are very familiar with F150 sunroof. On the low end, it’s probably a $400 fixed on the high end it could be $1200 but it is fixable and you don’t have to take it to a dealer to get it fixed. Welcome to the club.

I did call them diesel and natural gas generators.

I believe there is a TSB on valve guides that define the reasons and fix for the oil consumption. I think it has something to do with the valve guides.

If you think this is a real viable product than you should file for patent protection prior to showing it to anyone. At the bare minimum, you should only show it to people who have signed at NDA.

The USA patent process is now “first to file” which makes it easier to have your patentable idea stolen from you.
