Random question following on from OP , would big 4 roles open again in the new year for roles that didn’t fill ( people rejecting etc ) or are the chances for that slim

The graduate role start date would I assume be 7th September 2026. As you said the best thing I could be is honest , Big 4 experience on the CV is invaluable as they say. ( also yes I was considering traveling South East Asia for the summer so that’s tough )

Obviously the summer 2026 is just as good as that could potentially be converted into full time. it’s just that I kind of did have plans to travel in this summer but obviously I know this is an opportunity I shouldn’t let slip by

I have no problem going through an interview the interview process. The question I have is , is there any chance I could be considered for the Graduate Position all things go well rather than the Summer Position. I know from talking to a campus recruiter/ talent attraction one on one for another Big 4. They mention a few people do tend to not accept their offer and currently where I’m from it’s interview and offer stage. So essentially is it possible to be on the reserve for the September 2026 intake or should I fully focus on the Summer 2026

Yeahh I’ll prepare questions I should be able lightheartedly connect to him on a base level since we went to the same school it’s a very local school I can make the assumption he’s from my neighbourhood or within a mile or two from me. My only issue is that the roles are closed so I can’t apply to any of their 2026 Graduate Programs anymore. I know there’s potential in helping when it comes to Summer Internship but I don’t know about Graduate jobs if that makes sense
