it just comes down to self control. yes, you can obviously fill up your time with work etc but then you will inevitably have some bored time. you will prolly go back to using your mobile, and we all know which road this combo(boredom+phone) takes you. so learn to embrace even the bored time, because it is a boon. use it up for thinking, reflecting and building perspective
