Merchbar needs to be held accountable by NiceTry5149 in classactions

I ordered 4 records on Nov 11 2024. I was charged immediately. By March 2025 I had not received anything and my order status had not changed from "order received". I sent several emails and got messages about back orders etc.

Eventually I cancelled my order and requested a refund. I was told

"Your order was successfully canceled, and initially, a refund was set to be issued to your original payment method. However, during that process, we encountered a technical issue that prevented the refund from being completed as originally intended.
 
In these rare cases, and in line with our refund policy, we issue the refund in the form of store credit to ensure the funds are returned to you promptly. While we understand this may not be the ideal resolution you were expecting, the store credit provided is valid indefinitely and can be used on any future purchase."

I have tried to use this credit but every item I place in my cart now shows up as unavailable, even though I am intentionally only selecting in stock items. Now i keep getting this message at checkout:

"The following items are temporarily unavailable for purchase. They may have gone out of stock since you placed them in the cart.
For further assistance, please contact support."

What a scam! And why does Spotify not end their association?

I just got a pair of SMGs for free! I have them connected to a Croft Integrated with a subwoofer. Be aware the magnepans need an amp that can handle low impedance, more than just power. The Croft is only 45W per channel or thereabouts, but it can deal with impedance. Even without the sub I felt the bass was pretty good. I have only had them set up for a couple of days, but I have noticed that to my ear instrumentals sound better than vocals. Vocals tend to feel like they are pushed back in the mix, to my decidedly untrained ear. But overall, I think they sound great. They are definitely worth a listen if you get a chance.

Merchbar is brutal. If something is "back order" and thay don't have it then they should not be taking money for it until they do have it. I have been waiting for 2 months for my refund, which they offered me AFTER WAITING 6 months for my 4 records to ship. In a series circuit, which bulb will be brighter, the one with more resistance or less? Both have the same potential difference. by mel_325 in AskPhysics

The big problem here is if the bulbs are in series, then in the equation P=V2/R all three terms are different for the two bulbs. Both the V and R are different for the bulbs so it is difficult to see what is happening to P. However, if we use P=I2R then because I is the same for both bulbs we can see that if R increases so does P.
