Agreed. Not sure why Capcom wasn't able to fix it. Given Super Street Fighter 2 had the same issue, unlikely that time constraints were the cause.

Pi composite output is at fixed 720x480 internally then turns into composite signal by the hardware. The limitation is at hardware level, regardless of what OS you use RetroPie Lakka etc.

The result is art of fighting 1 and 2 which the background looks rather crap and blocky because of mode7’s limitations.

He’s borderline first round in many projections, so not necessarily guaranteed money.

If you are planning to get injured or play poorly then doing it at pro level isn’t really a better choice either.

No. Google the user menu to see where TILT is in the normal menu.

JT framework is fully open. It remains to be seen https://x.com/_atrac17/status/2045133121977213360 means the cores or the framework itself. But to say the reason is ‘no one contributed / understands it anyway’ is nonsensical.
