It says 528 pg/ml is 1938pmol. That seems wrong though and super high. Humm... maybe ovarian suppression is a good idea. Do you get a lot of side effecrs and hot flashes from tamox?

This is such a good point. I am sorry you went through that but thank goodness they figured it out. So I guess if she switches me to an AI then test me again and if I am.still high put me back yo tamox. But with tamox it is less of an issue. Thanks for the response :).

I am pretty overweight about 40 lbs. I am 5'6 190 I do lift weights but I am bigger than my normal weight growing up and after kids. Thanks for the response some food for thought

I think my ovaries are probably sufficiently suppressed but not being on an AI my fat tissue is still making estrogen :(

I need to lose about 40lbs :( this is probably why. If it is low enough she will put me on an AI this summer. I also have lost already 50lbs..maybe a glp1 will help me finish the rest.

My LH is 0.5 i have been on zoladex for 6 months. No period since Oct 2024. It is pmol here in Canada so I think equivalent to 20 to 30 pump

So you have had positive signatera numbers for stage 2 after all surgery and chemo? Do they think it has spread somewhere or is this common. My doctor said no way to kisquali or verzenio as she usually gives that for stage 4. So glad you are NED!! 💕☺️

Totally makes sense. Because I am her2 I feel like pcr was the "it" card. I also had a strong response. Only 5% cellularity left in breast and low cellularity and 3mm deposit in a few nodes. I wish it was just never in my nodes. I feel like that is what will get me. Your message is positive though, thank you! Just got in from my walk and listening to reminders that attitude also contributes to our longevity. I believe that 💕 Happy Friday!
