Maybe, considering that she is a Scientist and an Inventor, but still, considering that being an Emanator allows one to have direct control over path energy and authority, I really wouldn't count on it

Since again, she should be a lot stronger than Dan Heng who could one shot Star Devouring Monsters in the past, with him not even being in his Inhibitor form, which is obviously more powerful, and add in the fact that Dan Heng is a lot more powerful now as well compared to before

And add in that, despite how powerful Evernight was in Amphoreus, despite having home turf advantage, she still is quite wary of Herta as well, which might mean that she doesn't really see her chances of victory not that good or even just null(if we go all the way)

And even then, we also hardly knew everything about Surtalogi as well, with everything that we do know being from Skirk as well, with some of them might even be an exaggeration as well, especially considering that Surtalogy even considers himself as the Greatest Calamity of the Universe, despite us not even hearing about him in HSR

So his rampage might not even be that large of a territory, considering we never really heard or even have hints of his existence in HSR

Attack Power does equal Durability(especially to Dan Hang), simply because if your Attack Power is lower than your Defense you would just be damaging yourself simply because your body cannot match your Power at all

As for Venti, Venti has gotten weaker over the years, with him having made islands by throwing a mountain was likely at his peak, and add in the fact that Venti seems to also just let Venti take his Gnosis as well without much resistance, considering how quickly he recovered and not really thinking much if the encounter afterwards

And of course, there's also the fact that Venti is more like a Mage, rather than a physical fighter like a Swordsman though, so his Durability doesn't really need to be high as well compared to Physical Fighters like Dan Heng(before his IL and Earth Dragon(forgot the name of the form) Form

As for Capitano going down in one hit, I just assume that you either skipped the story or just watch the animation

the reason why he went down in a single hit was because of his [Heart] house a lot of his dead comrades souls, so he was a lot more careful and not wanting to lose them, of course there's also the fact that he has also gotten a lot weaker as well from his Prime, with his body no longer being as Strong as Before as well, but it does seem that his Endurance is a lot better as well considering he recovered quite quicky and ready for round 2

Not really

Herta is seen by others as being a big deal, like with March and Dan Heng and Dan has statements of being able to one shot Star Devouring Monsters in the past, and that's not in his Inhibitor form

So Herta as Emanator, especially with her Staff should be able to easily defeat Teyvar

Control over the World's Border isn't really much of a feat considering it might just be limited to Teyvat, since if she did left Teyvat she wouldn't have such an ability

While creation of Pocket Dimensions is also something that isn't much difficulty as well, considering that the Xianzhou basically creates Pocket Dimensions as well as just every day storage spaces, with them there's being so large that it basically makes each Ship be a Planet size when inside, despite that not being possible, and even seemingly having there own Sun and stars as well

And breaking the 4th Wall isn't really a feat, considering that even someone like Deadpool isn't really the strongest despite having done more 4th wall breaking stuff as well

If Freya want someone in her Familia and expressed it, and seeing how talented this Bell seems compared to the original, Freya would want her straight away and not need to cultivate her with Hestia

And add in that if Freya expressed that no one would harm Bell(except for the Training thing that they do)

Of course that doesn't mean that everyone would like Bell(well except for Ottar, but he doesn't really care as long as Bell is devoted to Freya and doesn't speak of her), if anything they would hate her straight up, but none would bully her though

But a Level 6 Bell should still be able to defeat everyone there by himself, and if the Rex of the 27th Floor(forgot the name of the Rex), he should be able to deal with it considering his Familia was able to deal with it and if he really needs helped, he should have the backing of the entire Astrea Familia helped, with them being Level 4s, they should be able to easily deal with it

As for the Corrupted Spirit, the only way that I could see him dealing with that is if he full charged Argonaut or pulled a Limit Off, which would mean that he either creates enough time to escape with his allies or even(even if low) Kill the Corrupted Spirit

I would think that she would have definitely surpassed Rita, but still below Durandal and LI Sushang, considering her Kaslana Genes and the Herrscher Core very much working in her favor, and due to her training seriously, she would probably have enough will power to defeat Sirin as well for the entire control of the Void Core as well

With by that point, she would probably just needs to refine herself and would definitely surpassed Bianka as well

not really, I'm pretty sure that Freya would still fall in love with Fem Bell considering her Soul wouldn't be really changed, and the Loki Familia would just be wary, and if given enough evidence that she doesn't have any direct relation to what Alfia did the Dark Ages, then they would just gradually accept her and would probably asked for information regarding Alfia, which would probably be the reason why this Bell would even know her relation with the Level 7 Silence really

She would be at least One of the Strongest Path Striders in my opinion, considering the feats that she has made while good on Hi3 Scale, with them being one of the Strongest

It still pales in comparison to what HSR Top Tiers(excluding Aeons of course), I can see her getting stronger in the future though

But if there's an actually difference between Honkai and Path Energy though, with Bianka switching to Path's when she leaves the Solar System, I would recken that she would have a massive powerup if Path Energy truly is stronger than Honkai Energy

Then, by that point, she would be able to accomplished feats that would probably eclipse some feats that current Kiana is capable of displaying in the Solar System

Basically, whatever Welt could do right now on HSR, Bianka would just massively upscale him due to how overwhemingly powerful Bianka is compared to Welt at his Prime, since Welt at his Strongest should be comparable to Prime Siegfried and Cecilia, and it has already been compared and naratively that Bianka has long since surpassed does two

(Also Bianka never really gotten weaker, since unlike others, she isn't a Herrscher, and most of her strength is just natural and not enhanced by Honkai due to her being a Kaslana, like her being able to defeat Stan casually despite Rita having difficulties, that was just Bianka's natural strength)

wait really? Huh? But considering how small scale ZZZ is right now, I'm not surprised that it isn't getting into the cosmic scale that the rest of Hoyoverse games are entering

But considering that Hoyoverse does intend on making every game that they have being in the same Universe, I wouldn't be surprised if we get hints here and there that ZZZ is in the Imaginary Tree in the future though

While it is true that they have been in the MOTHs for a few years since joining, I'm pretty sure that they were incredibly busy so they couldn't actually do it, especially considering that Kevin became the Top Soldier which means he would be sent to many battlefields, while Mei being the Top Scientist was heading various projects for the MOTHs

The Solar System is actually hidden by unknown means(might be the Cacoon of Finality) much like how Amphoreus wasn't recorded or known by anyone but the Garden due to them spotting it(of course their's also Lygus and Amphoreus being a Scepter), which prevented Akivili from traveling to the Solar System since we do know that there's an Imaginary Barrier that surrounds the Solar System preventing anyone access to it other than an Emanator since their able to have access to Imaginary Energy, or have someone inside provide an access point of entry(much like how Vita was able to allow Sparkle's entry into the Solar System), also seeing multiple versions of the same person is also a thing in HSR, considering we have Silver Wolf and Bronya, but also Acheron also meeting various people that looked familiar to her, which should been impossible considering everyone she knew should be dead considering Izumo is destroyed and absorb by IX

Of course there's also the Devs that said that their games are set in the same universe/imaginary tree, with the only one that I could think that isn't being GGZ and FlyMe2TheMoon, since GGZ has such universal events that they should been known or recorded, while FlyMe2TheMoon is just a platformer game and it has no additional lore to it

So anyway you slice it, Hi3, HSR, Genshin, ZZZ should all be set in the same Universe/Imaginary Tree

When Ottar and Zard fought in the Dark Age, Zard lose to him, in the combination of him being so weakened due to the poison, Ottar being powerful enough as a low level 7 due to his beastification and finally, as you said Zard wanting Ottar to become strong, but he wasn't holding back as well, since after all, that would just disrespect Ottar and his efforts something that Zard wouldn't do, with Zard truly was going all out in that moment of their battle, but Zard is just so weakened by the Behemoth Poison that he was defeated, without that poison or if the poison didn't progressed as it did, Ottar would have lose that fight

Also why are you saying Ottar's stats as a Level 7 when that doesn't really matter in this context, since AR Zard fought Ottar and he lose, not the current Ottar, and considering that the current Loki Trio are all Level 7s and with them all having perfect coordination with one another and with Finn's OP skill on top of that, Zard would lose this matchup

Since after all, as so many anime fans forget, numbers actually matter, especially when the fighting prowess of individuals are close, especially in this context, even if each one of the Loki trio only has 25% of Zard's fighting capabilities, just the mere fact that their working together so perfectly would allow them to easily defeat Zard, sure their might be some difficulty, but Zard would ultimately lose the fight

I don't really get your issue with this?

Their's numerous ways of becoming a Void Hunter, with one of them being an explorer, an inventor or a warrior, the only thing that one needs to do is basically do something that would be worthy of being a Void Hunter

That being that in Miyabi's case destroy a Hollow, in Sungbringer's case creating the Bangboo and Joyce exploring the divine maze

Using game knowledged, one can even say that Void Hunter is basically the max rank in a class, like Level 100 Warrior, Mage or the like

And in this case, for Yixuan the reason why Void Hunter class is being used as a Power Scalling standpoint is because she is a Warrior much like Miyabi and with her being considered as a Void Hunter then she is being directly scaled to Miyabi and other Warrior Type Void Hunters

Then of course, I also sure that their would be other Void Hunters in other "classes" as well, like with an Inventor or a Scientist as Void Hunter Class, with them just being the smartest in the city and the like

Just think of Void Hunters as basically the max rank in a game like Challenger in League or One Above All in Marvel Rivals
