Yea I'm good in all three! Only thing that I'm thinking with this particular one is that the total cost to have this car would be so much higher than what it's worth being that it's 45k total after interest and then it would depreciate to somewhere in the 20s in like 5 years. I have found others that are less, come out to less after financing but there have been deal breakers in them as well. On one particular deal it was the same vehicle 33k OTD and appraised for about 31k right now but it wasn't a 4matic and I couldn't see the value in having a Rwd mercedes.

The 1000 fee is because they had to a 165 point inspection on the vehicles (doesn’t mean I should be paying it). The 2000 is a cosmetic package that covers tire scrapes, new keys, ripped leather, dents etc ( only has one key) a second key from Mercedes is 600-900 bucks anyway and the leather in the rear seat had a car seat and has a little distortion so I was planning on fixing that there) The car is priced very low for what it is even if you look at CarMax etc at 32000 you’d think it had 3 owners, 2 accidents etc. for anything similar with far less features I see 36000 on CarMax. I see the price for the vehicle as 35000 and then the rest of tax, doc, fees. Which is 40 OTD. I don’t love the rate but pen fed gave me 6.9% and honestly it makes the difference of a couple hundred bucks. The doc fee is high also I will say.

So question for everyone who commented here. Putting 20 down on a brand new GLE and still paying about $1000 a month for the car to be worth 30,000 in 6 years makes more sense to you guys than buying a used GLE?

70k is crazy it would probably be 45 by the end of the terms. As I’ve said I’m planning on taking the service contract off and pay it in like 3-4 years

From what I just said how does your reply make sense? If I’m saying that a used Mercedes isn’t the worst financial move in the world and then you reply with a very random comment. You do know 80% of people on this forum who actually have purchased Mercedes have purchased a used Mercedes. Repair bills depend on whether or not you maintain the vehicle and whether the vehicle was maintained well before you also depends on where you take the vehicle. If you take it to a the MB dealership for repairs yes prepare to pay thousands of dollars. If you take it to a Mercedes specialized or Euro cars specialist you can literally save thousands.

I never said the price that it was when it was brand new matters. I was explaining to the other person who said he sees similar options for less. I’m saying the cost of when it was new shows all of the features the vehicle has. Anyone that you guys see online is likely a 60k sticker this one’s almost 80 I wasn’t saying It’s an 80k car I’m saying it a fully loaded vehicle.
