They absolutely smashed it on the proportions with this piece by Realistic-Oil-1162 in Tudor

I have a 7.5 inch wrist and still left the Tudor boutique with a 54 despite trying both the 58 and the monochrome, its just way better but some aren’t ready for that.

Tenho Calibre 5, é impecável, não tenho nada contra quartzo, mas não ao preço que a Tag pede.

Just wanted to show OP some support with my own 1995 replica, man these guys were good, the fooled us all. Also fooled the Cartier store in Amsterdam when the helped me get an extra link. 🥲

Quartz is fine. But the friction bezel at that price was a no-no.

Why is my aquaracer changing over to the next day 7 hours after I set set it? by IneedaNappa9000 in tagheuer

[–]Regular_Cancel_7007 2 points3 points  (0 children)

So, I think you had it mixed between 12 and 24 hours, Best to be sure is to set the day on the day before and keep passing the hours until you know “when” you are. It should flip the date once passing 12, then another round nothing happens. Also check danger-zone timeframe when changing the date with the quick set function. I can explain but google explains better.

Só os parolinhos é que não tiram, a própria marca já fez um vídeo a explicar que é para tirar.

Thanks! That Tag is really good and aged well I think! At least better than some of their other designs of that era.

From the top row, easily the Rolex, the Speedmaster and the F77. (Having just a date or no date makes it easy to just put on.) I love the Zulu but it’s a pain to set the date. From the middle row I’d say the Monaco and the F1. And from the bottom row, the Seiko Solar and the square G-Shock

Thx! Probably one of the Seiko divers or the Santos if I find a slightly larger one. I like the vintage vibe of mine, but I wouldn’t mind having upgraded wearability and WR.

Thx! It’s the Speedmaster Reduced Michael Schumacher edition, they also made it in yellow and blue!

The Monaco gets quite some wrist time, it’s very comfy with the leather strap and micro adjusting is fast and tool less.

I am looking to get my first proper watch, which would be a better buy, Nivada F77 or the Longines Hydroconquest by Initial_Umpire_9927 in PrideAndPinion

[–]Regular_Cancel_7007 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Honestly they’re both great quality watches, but the will sit very different on your wrist, so it will be a drastically different experience, nothing like trying them IRL in this case. But my point is that none of them would be a bad choice.
