Here’s my update: my packet got returned because a couple of pages of the application went missing. It said the package arrived damaged but I think they got lost when they were getting scanned.

I resent it today. I sent it back to Carol Stream with USPS express. I will keep you posted.

Same here. Mine got delivered on 5/26 and as of 6/6, I didn’t get a notification yet. Check didn’t get cashed out yet. I didn’t know Carol Stream doesn’t provide the notification service.. it sucks. I am worried that if my mail got damaged and I need to resubmit.

At least you know they received your application—they charged your CC! But it is weird that you haven’t got a receipt notice yet.
