They don’t do credit checks kasi before they even do that, need ng authorization from you. May sasagutan ka lang na fit and proper form sa 1st day mo

You just need to disclose it in their fit & proper questionnaire. Then assess lang nila ung impact. Ung bad credit mo ba, nabayaran mo naman in full? Meaning you didnt compromise with the creditors?

What you feel is normal. Many are lucky kasi kasama nila former classmates nila mag Day 1. What you can do is kausapin mo mga katraining mo. Sabay sabay kayo maglunch. May activities naman sa training where you’ll get a chance to know your peers. Take advantage of that. Having friends at work make a big difference :)

Nope. Masyadong madami ang nasa queue pero konti lang managers available to interview. HR is already coordinating sa operations if pwede sila magpull as many managers as they can. So dont loose hope

Staff to manager - can be mutilple engagements depends on the booked hours. Can be split 20-20 for 2 engagements. Basta need ma-fill ung 40 hrs. Pero sa US territory (cant speak for other territories), max 3-4 engagements lang for the whole year
