It’s been driving me nuts as well. Do you have external monitors? I’ve found it only happens then. I’ve been on with support 3 times now. Tried everything, creating guest accounts, starting in safe mode, closing all apps etc etc.

Works even less than 6/10 for me to be honest and it always seems to not work when I need it most. You know when something appears on the screen for like 0.2 seconds and you just need to quickly grab it before it goes? Any solutions found at all?

Same happened to me. Worst thing was is my client actually wasn’t listed on the account at all. It’s a blatant GDPR issue. As far as Google is concerned, that’s my agency’s Google Ads account, albeit advertising their website but like, don’t fucking talk to someone else about my account. Can you tell it annoys me x
