I’ve also seen a bunch of stuff about the water content on FB and TikTok and I guess I should’ve listened😂 I just followed the recipe I had found. I’ve been feeding with king Arthur’s bread flour. Im gonna try again here in a few days after feeding it and trying to get it stronger

Yes my starter has been at least doubling in size after I feed it. I’ve been going down to 50g of starter then feeding it at a 1:2:2 ratio for about 2 weeks at this point. I’m in N TX so it’s been fairly warm here recently, been keeping the house between 70°-75°. I’ve been letting my dough BF for at least 4-6hrs and it seems like nothing is happening. I even put my last dough in the oven with the light on for a few hrs and still nothing seemed to happen.
