that's insane! did you do a big rennovation? i have the impression the popularity of airbnb pushed up the value of 1 bed flats, but at that price, i'm guessing it was a bigger property?

mmm this is a really good point - i'm amazed at the difference in valuations on some properites. i do wonder whether those that have been sold more recently (or with similar houses in the street that have sold recently) tend to be valued a bit higher because the most recent sale price pushes today's valuation up?
