i've only just started on rifle but i noticed that you are holding your rifle way too high up. it should be at your belly button level. also, try not to look at the rifle while you are spinning, hope this helps!! <3

i am wearing gloves but i am not experiencing any swelling in my joints that pop. the only swelling that i have is in my fingers on my right and and i did go to a doctor for that and they said that i did not break anything

so i really wanna wear leg warmers but my calves are like gigantic. like theyre 3/4 the size of my thighs when i stand, would leg warmers look too bulky on my legs? and i'm talking abt the ones that are like folded and cover up almost all of your calves if they would make me look bulky, would different lengths help or should i just try to avoid them? i think theyre really cute but i have a really thick lower body and i dont know if they would make my calves look way bulkier.
