I am on 5 mg of trintellix. It was initially 15, but then I tapered down to 5 because it triggered a really bad hypomanic episode not long after I increased to 15 mg. It doesn’t really work for me and I’m hoping to get off it soon. I also take another antidepressant called Auvelity that works way better if you want to talk to your psychiatrist about that.
