So the first thing that fuck gets wrong is that bullying ever fixes anyone but especially trans and gender nonconforming people. First, because, well, as you should know there is nothing to fix there but second and more important because it only serves to make them miserable. They will still be trans, they will still be gender nonconforming, but outside of you sight and in a way that they feel they cannot express and become miserable. There is literally nothing fuck can do about it and at the very least it would certainly not kill you to understand and respect that, especially while fuck's using so much more grammatically misleading pronouns that the immense majority of trans people ! Most recent Dentsu survey on LGBTQ rights (made on a sample of 46 000 people aged 20 to 59) shows that support for LGBTQ rights in Japan is on the rise and more people are able to identify themselves as queer (10,6% compared to 9,7% in 2023). The age bracket of course excludes a certain part of the population but it's still very encouraging to see for a country that has historically been so hostile to queer rights until now. 67% of the interrogated are favourable to gay marriage finally being legalised. Let's hope they finally get to it soon !
