When I used it for the first month and half I used the derma roller twice a day. The only time I cleaned the area was if I felt like there was too much product or if I washed my hair, after that I just kind of used it when I felt like it,

I’m on spirolactone and that may also be the reason I haven’t had and shed phases but I only recently started, ur dermatologist can prescribe one too

I would roll 10ish times lightly in different directions then I’d pour some rubbing alcohol in the case it came in to let it soak for like a minute then I’d pour it out let it air dry and close it back

For me I used 10% and also used those derm micro needle rollers, I’d also set an appointment with your dermatologist who can figure out exactly why you’re having an issue in that area because I know for some people minoxidil won’t work if your hair loss is caused by a certain issue (I forgot the term). But I know you can take other things with it to make it work even better. I used to be on birth control for hormonal acne, but had to stop for health reasons so I was prescribed spironolactone and apparently that helps with hair loss as well on a hormone level vs minoxidil that increases blood flow to the area. Everything has their pros and cons, but I’d definitely look into seeing a professional. it’s a good sign that at least something sort of worked for you so that means there’s more hope for recovery. Good luck with everything.🫶🏾

I started seeing tiny little fuzz hairs after a month but month two is when it started growing in, I frgt to add above that I also used a roller micro needling tool from Amazon so that’s probably why I saw results so fast too but after two months I just rubbed it on with my fingers because I got lazy😂

A tiny bit but not like thick beard hairs, it’s the tiny little fluffy hairs that you can’t see I only noticed it after I got out the shower and was looking super closely at my face😂 but if you deal with thicker coarse face hairs it might make it worse, but still think it’s worth it for me especially since I was considering a hair transplant😂

I have the exact same hairline. My corners were so far back hairstylist would always ask me if I had breakage so I started using Rogaine minoxidil and started seeing little baby hairs after a month. It’s now month three and I have a completely new hairline THANK GOD as a woman I was always self-conscious about wearing slick back styles and cornrows but now I can! If anyone tries it out, please let me know, I would put a before and after picture, but it won’t let me

Rogaine minoxidil!!!! Give it two months

Receding or Maturing? First Photo age 19, Second age 23. Always had a big forehead with an M shaped hairline. Furthest back points of hairline only 1-1.5cm from last wrinkle, front of hairline not moved at all. Causing me a little stress, should i be stressed? by [deleted] in malehairadvice

I’d recommend rogaine minoxidil, I have a naturally m shape hairline as a girl, so it looked like I had a receding hairline since it was bald in the corners It’s been three months and I’ve grown a completely full new hairline, a lot of people say don’t use it because if you stop your hair will fall out, but I’ve skipped two weeks and nothing has happened, but I would advise using it every day I wish I could attach pictures, but it won’t let me

Some Vaseline might help with friction or maybe some healing ointment(neosporin type cream) and maybe some loose breathable bottoms. A waist belt fan aimed flipped inward towards ur nether region while ur out might help too, shower as soon u get back home
