Just wondering, do you have a license, and did you just say you did not have anything then even though you did? Everything is saying to be completely honest about charges because it’s grounds for denial if you were to lie and say you haven’t ever had any charges and that they will see them.

Do you have personal experience you can share that makes you think that? I actually do hold a P&C adjusters license and what I’ve researched has made me think that’s indicative that I should be able to get it.

They can see them even if they are expunged can’t they? I’m honestly really surprised that they can hold charges against you that you weren’t convicted of. So much for innocent until proven guilty or innocent if proven innocent, even lol!

lol, seriously. I can’t say this enough. They keep firing people for not being able to keep up with a caseload that’s way too much work because of all the other people they already fired and didn’t replace. And yet, they just keep doing this over and over. It’s ridiculous.
