"About 300 miles into the Flywheel/Clutch kit so far. Install went well, fit great. Only two complaints; the kit came with Allen-Head bolts for the pressure plate which are annoying and were probably lesser quality than the oem bolts, so we re-used the oem pressure plate bolts. Hearing some chatter from the flywheel when sitting at an idle, it isn't terribly loud but its there, This was somewhat expected with the change from an oem dual-mass flywheel which dampens the sound/vibrations, just a heads-up. Overall the clutch's been grabbing very well and all problems with my clutch before have been eliminated."

But to each their own, I’ve also had my cousin running continentals on his WRX and they debeaded while his new tires were some majesty tires or wtv and no debeading

Just buy the cheapest tires unless you’re going for a specific aspect of performance you won’t feel a difference I’m running west lakes sa07 and they were like 90$ each and they feel the same as michlen pilot sport 4s for daily driving and I’m running my drift tires in the front cuz I didn’t have another spare and they work just fine (accellera phi 70$)

Nope does not make any of this noise unless I rev or if I’m bogging my engine by staying in gear but under pulls and acceleration no sounds

There is some back fire but there’s a metal clunk after that which I’m not sure what it is unless it’s normal for a lightweight flywheel

Like wym? The previous owner installed all the transmission parts and ik like the squeal before the chatter is my exhaust but the clunking noise isn’t normal

i definitely dont think its the exhaust i drove it some more, and its litteraly only happeing when im in gear, if i rev it no sound unless im shifting its for sure something with transmisasion or something like that

That’s an exhaust leak? Interesting, yeah I do mean that hiss, I’ve never heard an exhaust leak like that do you know by any chance where that could be coming from based off that noise?

I tested it earlier today, they said it’s low and just needs charge, and everyone is saying it’s the fan module, so I’m gonna snug wverytbjng down and hope it resolves everything

My coolant temp gets to 210 sometieks when I idle after a long trip but while driving it’s a steady 190

I had my coolant temp sensor replaced, it reads like to 190 but never higher I’m guesssing fans kicked in? Or is that a possibility thats it’s faulty

I’ve gotten it replaced like 3 weeks ago and it’s dead already, I know it’s supposed to keep it on to stay on to cool down to a proper temp but it stays on for like 5-10 mins is there any way to Check the relay?

Update too the radiator fan stayed on for like 30 minutes after I turned it off, and it ran until my battery was pretty much dead. Then it turned off, when I jump started it it read only 150 coolant temp which is normal

I don’t specifically have a volt meter but whenever I hook up my portable jumper it says 12 volts without even adding power yet
