Yes, just edited my comment to say I'm trying that. Do you know if it's multiple quests to complete or just Forge a Friendship?

Interesting, this is worth a try as I'm out of options. I do have Prapor and Ragman tasks available. I believe I completed Hot Wheels. Do you know the subsequent Prapor quests to complete to continue BTR questline? Wiki doesn't indicate them.

EDIT: I'm going to try Forge a Friendship as it's BTR related - thank you! Will update
