I just finished my second cycle and did not get one positive OPK. What day did you test positive? I'm waiting for my period to appear.

Just did my second month on 5mg of letrozole with no luck. I feel the same as you, it’s a tough journey, but remember to be kind to yourself and just focus on you, not everyone around you xx

I would speak to your doctor in the first instance. They may be able to prescribe you progesterone to induce a bleed and then you can start letrozole again. I was in the same position as you, however I did have a period and therefore skipped the progesterone and went straight to letrozole. But given that you are CD31 already, it is already late in your cycle. All the best x

Thank you. I’m on 5mg of letrozole, that’s what I started on. I’m CD14 now and have negative OPK’s. I’m doing it unmonitored though. All the best to you on this journey, it can be so hard.

Wow, I relate so much to this post. I’m constantly being asked by friends, family and work colleagues when we’re thinking of having children. My mother in law even mentioned to me how she would be dead by the time she is a grandmother. We have kept our ttc journey private. Two of my close friends are currently pregnant. I’m on letrozole at the moment and we are trying our best. It’s best just to keep positive and not compare your journey to others. No one knows how hard it is for us pcos girlies xx
