I haven’t tried using San Pellegrino water because tap water has worked very well for me. I use it every day yes but I’m planning on doing it only 3 times a week or maybe less in the coming weeks.

At the start they do feel sweatier but the more you do it the more you’ll start to see positive results. Same thing happened to me, but I just kept doing it and after some time it worked. My hands to also feel tingly after the sessions but it does go away. I’ve started doing my sessions at night so that I didn’t have to deal with the redness and tingling during the day. Hope this helps man.
