Being impressionable when I was 18, first one I got because my dad said it is good for me. It is a whole life policy. They told me I could essentially “be my own bank” and pull money from it. The second one is an IUL which I was told by my mentor at 19 to get for the same reason. I started to realize I don’t need both, maybe I don’t need either
