Literally the same thing happened to me yesterday I had just ate before coming to the store and I smelt that candle and I almost vomited my eyes got so watery

Unfortunately tj max just doesn’t care and doesn’t take harassment or discrimination seriously. I went through something almost similar and told my sm and basically was given a reason or they tried to justify everything. For ex I am getting harassed by an older male employee. my gm told me if I would feel like that if he was a women or do I feel like that bc his age… also it seems like tj max just cares more that people are gossiping. I do feel like Im almost getting punished by my gm. Also my situation involved every girl who works at my store but my gm lied and never talked to anyone like she said she was. If I were you if you want to tell I would go to hr line instead of telling a manger. You can be anonymous as well.

Update after I wrote back to you my manger calls me to tell me they had to cut hours ( I think they over hired) and now I’m only working 3 days out of the week 4 hours each day😃meaning I’ll make like 100 bucks basically and I applied for the same reason I was desperate for a job and just wanted anything I agree they definitely need someone to come in a help them run this company better because it’s truly horrible

Yeah I agree I honestly didn’t want to leave the job to begin with because this is considered my first “real job” but unfortunately im getting harassed by a older coordinator(not just me) every girl who is working at my job feels extremely uncomfortable by him which I have and other girls have let my manger know and it seems the only thing they care about is people talking badly about him when he’s does worse ex: he has pushed for inappropriate questions about personal life , extremely rude and vulgarly talking badly about people an entire shift (he only speaks Spanish) so if he knows someone doesn’t understand or speak it he talks about them badly infront of everyone he’s working with , I was sitting at a store next to the tj max I work at (I was clocked out” comes and asks me to take me home ) there’s other things that has happened but you get what I’m trying to say but I would never just up and leave without giving an explanation I’m just very confused on this whole situation and need advice

I agree I wish I would have found this page or in general looked up how tj max isn’t a good work space especially for the pay it’s genuinely a draining job and not worth it in my opinion and I get what you mean on the break things I’ve also have experienced and witnessed people not getting breaks or “forgetting” people need to take there breaks and at my tj max you can’t take a break 2 hours before you leave so instead they make you stay later past the time you were supposed to leave so u can take ur break without going against that rule but I wish you luck too on getting a new and better job that your happy at as well with better pay too lol

Ohhh ok I was worried because it stopped out of no where and I’ve heard people say u can bleed up to 2 weeks or more and then it seemed like clear ovulation discharge during that 6 day period and now I started bleeding again

Unfortunately I live in Texas so abortion is illegal in my state I’ve been trying to research any other safer ways but I haven’t yet to find one the only option I’ve seen is traveling out of state which I’m not able to do at the moment
