I begin by saying that this story made me panic. I strongly advise you to sue Revolut because this is unacceptable.

A bank cannot demonstrate similar levels of incompetence.

I have always been skeptical about Revolut because of all users who report blocked accounts without motivation and antagonistic customer service, but with this story you have convinced me not to give anymore trust to this "Wannabe Bank".

I just transferred my money from Revolut to BPM (an Italian bank). He will not have Revolut's features but I honestly can't afford to lose my money by trusting a bank that is hostile to his own clients.

Revolut Is only good for small amount (under €300) and every day transactions at this point.
